What is this Routine Builder Cohort?

The Fit404 Routine Builder is designed for people who are tired of starting over and ready to build something that lasts. Over six weeks, you’ll move from inconsistency to confidence by following a simple, structured routine that fits real life. You won’t just work out, you’ll learn how to show up consistently, build strength at a sustainable pace, and leave with a rhythm you can carry forward long after the cohort ends.

What’s included:

  • Two guided workouts per week
  • One in-person/virtual session (Atlanta/Hybrid)
  • One virtual only session (join from anywhere)
  • Habit-building workout routines
  • Small group accountability
  • Ongoing check-ins and encouragement
